This mind-body harmonization class originates from SunDo, a Taoist health practice from Korea, that combines deep meridian stretching, breath work, body tapping, and Qi or Chi energy circulation.

This is a class unlike any other yoga or mindful movement class, in that through its unique style of movement and flow, you can access your "Zero-Point", a place where you can experience your true essence, free from thoughts and emotions and simply feel your energy. This class is an excellent way to de-stress, release heavy and stagnant energy from your mind and body, while learning ancient holistic practices that have been used for centuries to heal the mind, body, and spirit.

This parent & child sound bath was created with the intention to introdude to our little ones a way to slow down, rebalance and relax.

It is my desire to share with the new generation tools to reset and incorporate kids in their parents practices.

I invite parents to come surrender and connect. Parents will laydown and get comfortable. Kids will be kids. They can lay, sit, wable, have eyes opened or closed. All is welcomed. I invite parents to let go control, observe and enjoy the moment.

This workshop will include a chakra balancing yin-style yoga class, with special focus on the sacral chakra. Our practive will be followed by a Metta Bhavana meditation practice. We will discuss intrusive thoughts and how they effect our physical, mental & emotionally wellbeing. Together we will go through the practice of creating a new narrative of love & compassion for the self.

During this unique gathering, we will immerse ourselves in the serene practice of slow flow yoga, allowing the body to move gracefully through gentle sequences, syncing breath with movement to awaken and invigorate every cell.

Following the slow flow session, we will transition seamlessly into the deeply restorative practice of yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep. And while our studio has been exactly what we needed up to this point, turns out we can only fit 62 people in it comfortably. We want to make sure that everyone who wants to attend is able to attend, and so for the past few months we've been searching for the next container that will be big enough to hold everyone!

That being said, we’re ecstatic to announce that we've found the perfect space and will be holding the event at Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant!! Please double check the new address and make sure you are going to the right place! We have also changed the time to 6:00 pm. Doors will open at 5:45 pm to give you plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable.

There will be no seating provided at the venue, so PLEASE bring your own yoga mat to lay down on and an eye mask to wear, as well as anything else you need to be comfortable ie. blankets, pillows, etc.

Specific points were selected for this evening to resolve trauma; and release stored emotions. The sounds and vibrations will allow you to go deeper into a meditative state by relaxing the parasympathetic nervous system, and deepening the flow of chi initiated by the acupuncture. At the Healing of 100, you can expect to have an experience unlike anything you've ever had before. There's always a teaching involved, and so we'll be covering topics and ideas that you may have never heard of. But it's really an opportunity to introduce you to a whole new world. My mission here is to help people expand beyond what they've experienced and felt before, allowing their bodies to feel safe to explore and reach new levels of embodied consciousness in community. My work, my true passion here on Earth, is to help you wake up to the truth of who and what you actually are—which is a far more powerful version of yourself than you've been led to believe.

You can expect to meet other beings who are committed to their growth and spiritual expansion. These healings tend to attract the kind of souls who you can form deeper connections with, those who are on a similar spiritual path as you and looking for others to share in the journey. You never know who you might meet at one of these events,-it could be that soul-friend you've been longing for.

You can also expect to be stretched out of your comfort zone. Along with the teaching and mediation, sometimes I'll ask you to make noises or engage in a bit of movement, but there will be 10, 20, maybe 30 other people doing the same kind of thing. This is another benefit of being in community—when everyone shows up fully, playing all out, there's nothing to be embarrassed about because everyone is there to have new experiences. You can expect to have a lot of fun and leave feeling like an entirely new being.

We will have trained men show up to hold space for 2 women to activate wounds in connection to men, or masculine energy.

Once activated the opportunity to express that suppressed energy is available.

Once that energy is expressed you will be less likely to attract repeating patterns in your life of that similar frequency.

This workshop is focused on the tried and true skills we’ve honed as parents and just in time for back to school.

As we do all the things to adjust from summer to fall lets take a MOMent and PAuse and consciously create the experiences we want to have with ourselves our partners and our kids.

We can transform ourselves while empowering our children.

Join Arlyn and Cassie for a powerful healing workshop. Needles will be placed in the ears to reset your nervous system, and promote healing. Specific points were selected for this evening to resolve trauma; and release stored emotions. The sounds and vibrations will allow you to go deeper into a meditative state by relaxing the parasympathetic nervous system, and deepening the flow of chi initiated by the acupuncture. The goal for this session is to release, detox, and surrender. The pins and vibrations will do all the work, you just have to show up.

This Family Constellation Group Workshop at Ivy Chiropractic Studio will be co-facilitated by Licensed Therapist & meditation teacher, Chelsea Green, and Certified Meditation Instructor, Natalie Creeden.

This workshop experience will utilize the therapeutic modality, family constellations, also called systemic constellations. Participants can expect a grounding guided meditation followed by prompts to explore their inner emotional landscape, their family systems and close relationships, and mindful awareness of the body in the supportive container provided by Chelsea, Natalie, and the group.

Family constellations offer a brave space to explore new insights & perspectives on events or aspects of our lives that have previously felt too close, too uncomfortable, or too overwhelming to look at. When we are too close to a situation, we can't see it clearly. Constellations can help us let go of what's no longer serving us, see from new perspectives, and take things less personally. This is because constellation sessions often reveal that someone else would have done the same thing we did if they had been in our shoes. These experiences and others offered through family constellations can help us shift our perspectives on longheld beliefs and relationship dynamics.
